How do I present to Zoom Meetings?

With the Grapic app, you can easily and quickly present to Zoom meetings. The app connects to the Zoom client on your computer with AirPlay. The service works with both Mac and PC.

To start a presentation in a Zoom meeting

  • Prerequisites

    • Zoom installed on your computer and the Grapic app on your iPad or iPhone.
    • Make sure your iPhone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
    • If you are using macOS Monterey (released in October 2021), you need to deactivate the AirPlay receiver. Check the troubleshooting guide
  • On your computer

    • Participate in a Zoom meeting

    • Click on "Share Screen" share screen button

    • Click on "iPhone/iPad via AirPlay" share screen options

    • Follow the instructions on the computer screen

  • On your iPhone or iPad

    • Open the Control Center menu. On most iOS devices you swipe down from the top right corner of the screen (on some older devices with a physical home button you swipe up from the bottom of the screen).

    • Select Screen Mirroring (two overlapping rectangles).

    • Select the device to present to.

    • Open the Grapic app and place the selection frame on a surface. The app will identify the external display and start streaming automatically.
